Welcome to the Christ Community Church family! We’re so excited to embrace you as a new member and be a part of your Christian journey. Here are a few things that you’ll need to know and what to expect as a new member.
Meet the Pastor
First, your Pastor would love to officially welcome you into the family by meeting you personally. The purpose of this meeting is for the Pastor and new members to get to know each other better and answer any questions you may have. Please contact the Pastor’s administrative assistant to schedule a meeting with Pastor King.
New Member’s Classes
As a new member, we encourage you to take new member’s classes: 101- Discovering Church Membership, 201- Growing into Spiritual Maturity, 301- Discovering your Spiritual Gifts, and 401- Becoming a Contagious Christian. These classes are designed to teach a new Christian- or refresh a current Christian’s knowledge of -biblical beliefs and principles and equip them with the necessary tools needed to be successful at living a victorious Christian lifestyle. The classes take place during Sunday Church School from 9:15 to 10:00am in the rear of the sanctuary. New members who complete all four classes will receive a Certificate of Completion. Baptism
Water baptism takes place every fifth Sunday after morning worship service. If you are interested in getting baptized, please contact the church office so that a representative from the Baptism ministry may contact you to provide more information.
